I love training because it’s about so much more than movement. It’s about helping people feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies. I’m passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them build confidence, consistency, and trust in themselves through intentional movement.
Why Class A? It is a true community. It’s a space where people are supported, challenged, and encouraged without the pressure or ego. I appreciate the balance of strength, accountability and accessibility. I love being part of a gym that prioritizes both physical and mental well-being. I am certified on B.S. Kinesiology, ACE personal training, therapeutic breath work, precision nutrition coach, and NETA kettlebell.

I like training to help people reach their goals and to realize their strength and successes. I enjoy lifting them up to have confidence and feel proud of what they are doing. Watching them grow and become stronger inside and out is the very best part of my job! I love the friendships between the members as well as the instructors.
The smaller atmosphere allows us to really be vested in each other. Class A is a complete approach to wellness, focusing on both mental and physical health. I am certified in cycle and group fitness.

I started my journey in teaching group fitness because I believe loving and caring for our bodies is the best way to our physical and mental health. As a busy mom with three children, I know how hard it can be to make time for ourselves.
Since joining the Class A Fitness family, I have felt and witnessed others feel welcomed, motivated, and proud of the hard work that is put into our bodies when coming to the gym. We are here together cheering each other on!

I am a lifelong fitness and group exercise enthusiast drawn to movement and community. My coaching style blends high energy with mindfulness, encouraging presence in every movement while honoring that real growth happens when we push past our comfort zone- both in the gym and in life.
Why do I love Class A? What started as being a devoted member turned into stepping up as an instructor. And for the past two years, I have been happily dishing out kickboxing combos. The real reason I stay is for the people! Members genuinely care about each other and show up for each other even on the tough days. When an environment makes hard work feel fun and familiar, it stops just being a gym and feels more like a home.

I have been a trainer at Class A Fitness for almost as long as it has been open (about 13 years!) I have always loved the community atmosphere at Class A and the inclusiveness that you feel. “All are welcome” as they say. Probably the main reason I train and workout at Class A is the people. I love being part of individuals fitness journey.

As a mom, nurse, and nurse leader, caring for people is my passion and that includes helping them live their healthiest lives. Fitness has always been part of my journey: from being a young athlete to running half marathons, tackling triathlons, and now focusing on strength training.
Class A Fitness gives me the chance to guide others in a safe, supportive environment while building community. I’ve trained clients one-on-one, but now I get to share my skills and energy in group classes that make fitness fun and empowering.
Health is something I’ll never take for granted. As a nurse, I see the other side and it drives me to lead by example. Take care of YOU so you can take care of others.
